Step one

Send your design
the easy way.

Two channels, one rule: send the highest-quality file you have. The cleaner your artwork, the faster we can quote — and the sharper your final print.

Two ways in

Messenger or email — your call

Both reach the same inbox. Pick whichever matches how you already work.

Messenger Recommended

Fastest replies — usually the same day.

  1. Tap the button below to open our page chat.
  2. Attach your design file using the image/file icon in the chat.
  3. Paste the message template further down this page so nothing is missed.
  4. We reply with a proof, price and the soonest schedule.

Heads up: Messenger compresses large images. If your file is over ~10 MB or is an AI/PSD, send it by email instead — or share a Google Drive / Dropbox link in the chat.

Email

Best for big files, vectors and bulk orders.

  1. Attach your file(s) — AI, PSD, PDF, PNG or JPG.
  2. Add your quantity, shirt color, size and deadline in the body.
  3. Send to inkfinityprinterrific@gmail.com.
  4. We confirm receipt and send a proof for approval.

Heads up: most email providers cap attachments around 25 MB. For anything bigger, share a link instead of attaching.

What to send

Not sure if your file is good enough? Send it anyway — we'll tell you honestly before you pay.

FormatGood forNotes
PDF Vector logos, text-heavy designs Best all-rounder — huge, unlimited zoom with no quality loss
AI / EPS / SVG Original artwork, perfect scaling Ideal. Send the editable file if you have it
PNG Designs with transparency Make sure the background is actually transparent, not white
PSD Layered designs Flatten or include fonts and linked images
JPG Photos and simple art Set quality to maximum — JPG loses sharpness each time it's re-saved
Screenshots Reference only Too low resolution for printing unless it's a very small design

✓ Do

  • Send the largest version of the file you have
  • Keep text as text or vector, not an image
  • Work at 150–300 DPI at final print size
  • Tell us if the design has a specific exact color
  • Send one file per design, clearly named

✗ Avoid

  • Screenshots of a design you found online
  • Watermarked or preview-only images
  • Photos of a printed shirt as the artwork source
  • Deeply compressed JPGs from chat apps
  • Assuming we'll "just fix it" — we'll tell you first

Design questions we get a lot

I don't have a design — can you make one?

Send whatever you have: a logo, a pegs folder, a rough sketch, or even a photo of something you liked. We'll tell you what can be cleaned up, what needs redrawing, and what it costs before any work starts.

Will the colors print exactly like my screen?

Close, but screens glow and fabric doesn't — that's true of every printer. If an exact brand color matters, tell us the hex or Pantone code and we'll do our best to match it, and say so honestly if a shade sits outside what we can hit.

Do you supply the shirts, or do I bring mine?

Ask us when you message — it depends on the item and quantity. Either way, tell us the fabric and color, because that affects how the print looks and how long it lasts.

Can you print on both sides?

Yes. Send both designs and tell us the placement for each — front and back are priced as two prints.

What if my file turns out to be too low quality?

We'll tell you before printing, not after. Options are usually: send a better file, let us redraw it, or choose a smaller print size where the resolution holds up.

Ready when you are
